REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Ephaim Mathenge Macharia, is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of all that piece of land situate in the district of Kwale, registered under title No. Kwale/Lunga Lunga/Mahuruni/421, and whereas the office has established that (1) Ali Silawa, (2) Eunice Nyevu Francis and (3) Mariam Mohamed fraudulently transferred the land title deed to themselves, and whereas the office has summoned all the concerned parties who failed to appear, and whereas the Directorate of Criminal Investigation Kwale through their letter Ref. No. CID/SEC/4/4/7/Vol. VII/65 has established that the concerned parties are unknown and cannot be traced, and whereas the office has established the land title deed held by Ephaim Mathenge Macharia is authentic, notice is given that the land title deed registered in the names of (1) Ali Silawa, (2) Eunice Nyevu Francis and (3) Mariam Mohamed stands deregistered and cancelled under section 79 (2) of the Land Registration Act.
