REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Kenyatu Trading Company Limited, of P.O. Box 522– 00219, Karuri in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land known as L.R. No. 36/VII/251, situate in the city of Nairobi in the Nairobi Area, by virtue of a conveyance registered as N47, folio 408/24, file 11049, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said conveyance has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a provisional conveyance of title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
