NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 17th February, 2023, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 1735 in Volume D1, Folio 59/624, File No. MMXXIII, by our client, George Macharia Wangui, of P.O. Box 394– 00900, Kiambu in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as George Mwihia Macharia, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name George Mwihia Macharia, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name George Macharia Wangui, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name George Macharia Wangui only.
