NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 20th February, 2023, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 1210 in Volume D1, Folio 926/1534, File No. MMXXII, by our client, Rachel Misirivi Lukania, formerly known as Saida Rachel Misirivi alias Rachel Lukania Nyenzo, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Saida Rachel Misirivi alias Rachel Lukania Nyenzo, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Rachel Misirivi Lukania, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Rachel Misirivi Lukania only.
