NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 16th February, 2023, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 1120, in Volume DI, Folio 52/566, File No. MMXXIII, by our client, Sahara Mohamed Lohow, of P.O. Box 510– 70200, Wajir in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Sahara Ahmed Adan, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Sahara Ahmed Adan, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Sahara Mohamed Lohow, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Sahara Mohamed Lohow only.
