NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 31st January, 2023, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 166, in Volume DI, Folio 35/412, File No. MMXXIII, by our client, Ruth Wacera Unwin, of P.O. Box 415, Naivasha in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Ruth Wacera Mwirigi, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Ruth Wacera Mwirigi, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Ruth Wacera Unwin, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Ruth Wacera Unwin only.
