NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 24th January, 2023, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Mombasa as Presentation No. 335, in Volume B-13, Folio 2256/19157, File No. 1637, by our client, Sukaina Jae Rashid (guardian), on behalf of Hanna Jae Rashid (minor), formerly known as Hanna Asgharali Hemraj, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Hanna Asgharali Hemraj, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Hanna Jae Rashid, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Hanna Jae Rashid only.
