NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 16th August, 2022, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 1421, in Volume D1, Folio 23/215, File No. MMXXIII, by our client Eddie Joseph Kago, c/o P.O. Box 5225– 00200, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Joseph Kago Wanjiru, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Joseph Kago Wanjiru, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Eddie Joseph Kago, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Eddie Joseph Kago only.
