NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 27th February, 2023, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 340, in Volume DI, Folio 349/5001, File No. MMXXI, by our client, James Muema Kyumwa, of P.O. Box 15225– 0010o, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Terry Muema Kyumwa, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Terry Muema Kyumwa, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name James Muema Kyumwa, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name James Muema kyumwa only.
