NOTICE is given pursuant to the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act (Cap. 38) of the laws of Kenya, to all customers who brought the following goods; fridges, washing machines, vacuum cleaners, mobile phones, tvs, microwave ovens , home theaters, HiFis, DVD Players etc, for either repair or service, ninety (90) days from the receipt at the service centres and the said goods are still with the below service centres and need to be collected upon payment of outstanding charges within thirty days (30) days from the date of publication of this notice. Opalnet Limited LG Electronics Service Centre — Nairobi Yago Electrical and Refrigeration Services — Nakuru Frimatic Electrical Services Limited — Kisumu ABDU Maintenance Services — Nanyuki 3rd March, 2023 THE KENYA GAZETTE Pish Electronics — Athi River Center Star Technologies — Eldoret Centre Star Technologies — Mombasa Centre Star Technologies — Ruiru Gannett Logistics Limited— Kisii failure to collect the said goods within the given notice period shall lead to the goods being disposed.
