REGISTRATION

NOTICE is issued pursuant to the provision of the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act, (Cap. 38) laws of Kenya, to Messrs. Smep Micro Finance Bank Limited, Messrs. Family Bank Limited and Rafiki Micro-Finance Bank Limited, to collect from Messrs. Neo Makupa Garage Limited, the goods indicated in the schedule below, upon payment of all outstanding charges and other incidental costs within twenty-one (21) days from the date of publication hereof. Failure to pay and collect the subject goods at the expiry of this notice, the said goods shall be sold by public auction without any further notice whatsoever.
