NOTICE is given under the Transfer of Businesses Act that part of the assets relating to the public division of TNS RMS East Africa Limited (C.7274) (the “Transferor”), were transferred on 1st January, 2023 (the “Effective Date”) to Naktar Kenya Private Limited (PVT- 7LU58KQQ) (the “Transferee”), in accordance with the terms and subject to the conditions contained in the asset transfer agreement entered into between the Transferor and Transferee (Asset Transfer Agreement) on 1st January, 2023. The address of the Transferor is P.O. Box 72951, Nairobi, Kenya. The address of the Transferee is c/o Kaplan & Stratton Advocates, P.O. Box 40111–00100, Nairobi, Kenya. The Transferee shall, as from the Effective Date and in accordance with the Asset Transfer Agreement, assume and discharge when due any and all business liabilities whatsoever incurred by the Transferor.
