THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

(No. 3 of 2012)

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Salim Jumma (deceased), is registered as proprietor of that piece of land situate in the district of Kwale, known as Kwale/Kundutsi A/1064, and whereas the Kadhi’s Court of Kenya at Kwale in succession cause No. E255 of 2022 has granted an order that the land vests in favour of (1) Shaban Salimu Malimau, (2) Biasha Salimu Malimau and (3) Mahmoud Salim Malimau, and whereas the said land title deed issued earlier to said Salim Jumma (deceased) has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided that no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to proceed with the production of the said land title deed, and proceed with the registration of the said instruments L.R.A. 39 and L.R.A. 42, and upon such registration the land title deeds issued earlier to Salim Jumma (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
