REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Geoffrey Ndugi Macharia alias Geoffrey Ndugi Amos Macharia (deceased), is registered proprietor of all that piece of land known as No. Nakuru/Rare/Nguriga/164, situate in the district of Nakuru, and whereas the chief magistrate’s court at Nakuru in succession cause No. E907 of 2021, has issued grant in favour of Susan Nduta, and whereas the said court has executed an application to be registered as proprietor by transmission of L.R.A. 50, and whereas the land title deed in respect of Geoffrey Ndugi Macharia alias Geoffrey Ndugi Amos Macharia (deceased) is lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to 860 860 dispense with the registration of the said application to be registered as proprietor by transmission L.R.A. 50 in the name of Susan Nduta, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Geoffrey Ndugi Macharia alias Geoffrey Ndugi Amos Macharia (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
