REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Paul Tumuti Ndiritu, of P.O. Box 339, Karatina in the Republic of Kenya, is the registered proprietor in absolute ownership interest of all those pieces of land containing 0.0322, 0.2, 0.012, 0.031 and 0.04 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the district of Nyeri, registered under title Nos. Nyeri/Endarasha/4776, 4777, 4778, 4779 and 4780, respectively, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said land registers (green cards) issued thereof are lost, and efforts made to trace them have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue new land registers (green cards), provided that no valid objection has been received within that period.
