REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Nancy Muthoni Kariuki, (2) Symon Kimani Mwaura, (3) Peter Ndung’u Mwaura and (4) Esther Njeri Mwaura, all of P.O. Box 73667-00200, Nairobi in the republic of Kenya, the administrators of the estate of Jastan Mwaura Kiboro (deceased), the registered proprietor of all that piece of land known as Githunguri/Market/21, situate in the district of Kiambu, and whereas the land register in respect thereof is lost/destroyed and efforts to locate the said land register have failed, notice is given that after the expiry of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, the land register shall be reconstructed provided that no objection has been received within that period.
