THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

(No. 3 of 2012)

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Everline Night Onyango, is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of all that piece of land situate in the district of Kwale, registered under title No. Kwale/Diani SS/1819, and whereas the principal magistrate’s court at Kwale in Land Case No. 14 of 2009 has ordered that the piece of land be reverted back to Kassim Hassan Yanga, and that the district land registrar at Kwale to immediately revoke and cancel the land title deed currently held by Everline Night Onyango, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a new land title deed to Kassim Hassan Yanga, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Everline Night Onyango, shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
