GAZETTE NOTICE NO. 2668

WHEREAS Waweru Kiguanga (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 1.2546 hectares or thereabout, known as title No. Dagoretti/Ruthimitu/323 (New No. Nairobi/Block 128/323), situate in the district of Nairobi, and whereas the High Court of Kenya at Nairobi in succession cause No. 1445 of 2017, has issued grant and confirmation letters to (1) George Njoroge Waweru (ID/4869683) and (2) Margaret Wanjiku Njenga (ID/0376062), and whereas (1) George Njoroge Waweru (ID/4869683) and (2) Margaret Wanjiku Njenga (ID/0376062), have executed R.L. 39 in respect to the said parcel, and whereas all efforts made to recover land title deed and be surrendered to the Land Registrar for cancellation have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided that no objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the said R.L. 39 in favour of the said (1) George Njoroge Waweru (ID/4869683) and (2) Margaret Wanjiku Njenga (ID/0376062), and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Waweru Kiguanga (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
