REGISTRATION

WHEREAS James Ndungu Muturi (ID/2368646), of P.O. Box 19705–00200, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 0.0172 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the district of Nairobi, registered as title No. Nairobi/Block 76/938, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said certificate of lease has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a certificate of lease provided that no objection has been received within that period.
