WHEREAS Christopher Nambani, of P.O. Box 141, Kakamega in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of freehold interest of all that piece of land containing 0.0149 hectare or thereabouts, situate in Mombasa Municipality in the Mombasa District, registered under title No. Mombasa/Hodi Hodi Settlement Scheme/65, and whereas sufficient evidence has adduced to show that the certificate of title issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a new provisional certificate of title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
