NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 17th January, 2023, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 308 in Volume DI, Folio 426/1524, File No. MMXXII, by our client, Everlyn Kagwiria, of P.O. Box 2679, Meru in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Everlyn Kagwira, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Everlyn Kagwira, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Everlyn Kagwiria, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Everlyn Kagwiria only.
