Box 10350– 00400, Nairobi, a resident of Kenya, formerly known as Aden Bareh Roble as formerly and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former names Aden Bareh Roble and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Abdullahi Abas Hassan, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Abdullahi Abas Hassan only.
