NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 1st February, 2023, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 190, in Volume DI, Folio 28/248, File No. MMXXIII, by our client, Peter Kamande, of P.O. Box 14–10208, Saba Saba in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Peter Kamande Mwenja, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Peter Kamande Mwenja and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Peter Kamande, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Peter Kamande only.
