Box 10350– 00400, formerly known as Hussein Ali Hussein, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Hussein Ali Hussein and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Husein Allow Fundi, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Husein Allow Fundi only.
