NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 2nd February, 2023, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 102, in Volume DI, Folio 916/1524, File No. MMXXII, by our client, Kimutai Sharkie Gillen Kipkosgei, formerly known as Killen Kimutai Kipkosgei, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Killen Kimutai Kipkosgei and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Kimutai Sharkie Gillen Kipkosgei, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Kimutai Sharkie Gillen Kipkosgei only.
