NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 8th March, 2022, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 992, in Volume DI, Folio 379/3755, File No. MMXXII, by our client, Siraj Ishaq Hussein, of P.O. Box 30040, Nairobi in Kenya, formerly known as Anas Issack Hussein, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Anas Issack Hussein and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Siraj Ishaq Hussein, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Siraj Ishaq Hussein only.
