NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 19th January, 2023, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 784, in Volume DI, Folio 219/1534, File No. MMXXII, by our client, Dennis Nyang’au Ratemo, of P.O. Box 120– 40202, Keroka in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Benard Nyang’au Ratemo, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Benard Nyang’au Ratemo and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Dennis Nyang’au Ratemo, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Dennis Nyang’au Ratemo only.
