NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 27th January, 2022, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 1191, in Volume DI, Folio 846/1524, File No. MMXXII, by our client, Abdullahi Adan Maalim Noor, of P.O. Box 2485–00610, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Abdullahi Mohamed Hussein, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Abdullahi Mohamed Hussein mao and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Abdullahi Adan Maalim Noor, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Abdullahi Adan Maalim Noor only.
