COMPLETION OF DEVELOPMENT PLAN

NOTICE is given that pursuant to the provisions of sections 13 (g), 40 (1, 2 and 3), 49 (1) and 69 (1 and 4) of the Physical and Land Use Planning Act, 2019 as read together with Legal Notice No. 27 of 2020, the preparation of the above plans was on the 12th January, 2023, completed. The part development plans relate to land situated in Kapsabet Town, Nandi County. Copies of the plans as prepared have been deposited for public inspection free of charge at the offices of the CECM in charge of Lands, Physical and Land Use Planning and County Physical Planner, Kapsabet. Any interested person who wishes to make any representation in connection with or objection to the above-named development plans, may within sixty (60) days send the same to the County Physical Planner, P.O. Box 307–30300, Kapsabet, Ardhi House and such representations or comments shall state the grounds upon which they are made. Dated the 27th January, 2023. VERONICA N.
