IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 30 (l) of the County Governments Act, 2012 and section 12 (1), paragraphs (b), (c) and (i) of the Kakamega County Water and Sanitation Services Act, 2021, the County Executive Committee Member for Water, Environment, Natural Resources and Climate Change appoints— Jane Chebet Mitei (Ms.) Representative of the water catchment area Jeophita June Mwajuma (Dr.) Chief Officer, Finance Jessica Weku Wesonga (Ms.) Chief Officer, Water and Sanitation Services to be members of the Board of Directors of the Kakamega County Urban Water and Sanitation Company, for a period of three (3) years, with effect from the 1st January, 2023.
