REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Samson Mwita Maroa (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 25.1 hectares or thereabout, known as Bukira/Bwisaboka/840, and whereas the Senior Resident Magistrate’s Court of Kenya at Kehancha in succession cause No. E4 of 2023, has as issued letter of administration to (1) Boke Mwita Maroa (ID/6802274), (2) Charles Chacha Mwita (ID/20865612), (3) Chaacha Mwita (ID/11284922) and (4) Marwa Michael Mwita (ID/ 23173453), and whereas the land title deed issued to Samson Mwita Maroa (deceased), have been reported missing or lost and cannot be traced, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the instrument LRA 39 and LRA 42 and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Samson Mwita Maroa (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
