THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Simon Mwaniki Macharia alias Mwaniki Macharia (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 0.05 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the district of Embu, known as Ngandori/Manyatta/T. 179, and whereas the Chief Magistrate’s Court at Embu in succession Cause No. 116 of 2021, has ordered that the said piece of land be registered in the name of Njue Macharia, and whereas all the efforts made to recover the said land title deeds in respect of the said piece of land have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deeds and proceed with the registration of the said grant document in the name of Njue Macharia, and upon such registration the land title deeds issued earlier to the said Simon Mwaniki Macharia alias Mwaniki Macharia (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
