THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Gachuki Wainaina Waigamba alias Gachuki Wainaina (deceased), of P.O. Box 61, Gatundu in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 1.56 hectares or thereabout, known as Kiganjo/Gachika/566, situate in the district of Gatundu, and whereas in the Senior Principal Magistrate’s Court of Kenya at Gatundu in succession Cause No. E506 of 2022, has issued grant and confirmation letters to Margaret Wangari Gichuki (ID/5179822), of P.O. Box 61, Gatundu in the Republic of Kenya, and whereas all efforts made to recover the land title deed and be surrendered to the land registrar for cancellation have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the said administration letters to Margaret Wangari Gichuki (ID/5179822), and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Gachuki Wainaina Waigamba alias Gachuki Wainaina (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
