REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Bakundu Karegwa Munyu alias Fakondo Gatiti Karegwa alias Bakundu s/o Karegwa (deceased), is registered as proprietor of that piece of land containing 1.2 acres or thereabout, situate in the district of Nyeri, known as Ruguru/Karuthi/41, and whereas the Principal Magistrate’s Court at Karatina in succession cause No. 246 of 2020, has issued grant of letters of administration to Joseph Mwangi Pakondu, as an administrator and the beneficiary Ndugi Irimia Peter, and whereas the land title deed issued in respect of the said piece of land is lost/cannot be traced, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of transfer by transmission documents of R.L. 19 and R.L.7 in favour of Joseph Mwangi Pakondu, as an administrator and the beneficiary Ndugi Irimia Peter, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Bakundu Karegwa Munyu alias Fakondo Gatiti Karegwa alias Bakundu s/o Karegwa (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
