GAZETTE NOTICE NO. 1539

WHEREAS Julia Mirigo Kangeri (deceased), of P.O. Box 581, Murang’a in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of all those pieces of land containing 1.2 hectares or thereabout, each, known as Location 20/Kambirwa/387 and Location 11/Maragi/981, situate in the district of Murang’a, and whereas in the High Court of Kenya at Murang’a in succession Cause No. 120 of 2014, has issued grant and confirmation letters to (1) Nancy Wangui Kamonde (ID/3563029) (2) Ibrahim Mwangi Muthoni (ID/34395080), (3) Isabella Wamuhu Muchoki and (4) Margaret Wanjiku Muchoki (ID/3563776), and whereas all efforts made to recover the land title deed and be surrendered to the land registrar for cancellation have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the said grant document and issue land title deed to the said (1) Nancy Wangui Kamonde (ID/3563029) (2) Ibrahim Mwangi Muthoni (ID/34395080), (3) Isabella Wamuhu Muchoki and (4) Margaret Wanjiku Muchoki (ID/3563776), and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Julia Mirigo Kangeri (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
