REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Gicheha Njuguna (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land known as Juja/Juja Kalimoni Block 1/177, situate in the district of Kiambu, and whereas the chief magistrate’s court at Kandara in succession cause No. 200 of 2019, has directed that the name of Gicheha Njuguna (deceased) be cancelled and replaced with that of (1) Edward Njuguna Gicheha, (2) Joseph Njuguna Gicheha and (3) Charles Gichia Gicheha, and whereas the said land title deed issued earlier to the said Gicheha Njuguna (deceased) has been reported to be missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the instrument of L.R.A. 39 and L.R.A. 42, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Gicheha Njuguna (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
