WHEREAS Joseph Kirima Rwito, as trustees of Hope Children Fund Limited, is the registered proprietor in freehold interest ownership of all that piece of land containing 4.25 hectares or thereabout, situate in Meru Central District, registered under title No. Nyaki/Giaki/776, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the green card is lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall reconstruct the green 10th February, 2023 THE KENYA GAZETTE card vide Court Order Civil Suit Chief Magistrate’s Court at Meru No. 37 of 2010 provided that no valid objection has been received within that period.
