REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Shaheen Dar (ID/1328251), (2) Mohamed Parvez Dar (ID/534837225), are registered as proprietors in absolute ownership interest of all that piece of land containing 0.0890 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the district of Kajiado, registered under title No. Ngong/Ngong/17417, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land registers are lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I intend to open new land registers, provided that no valid objection has been received within that period.
