REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Bhikhubha Gagji Jadeja and (2) Nirmala Viraji Jethaji Jadeja, both of P.O. Box 88529, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, are registered as proprietors in absolute ownership interest of all that piece situate in Mombasa Municipality in the district of Mombasa, registered under title No. Mombasa/Block IX/180, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land register (green card) of the said piece of land is missing, and whereas all efforts made to locate the said land register (green card) have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, provided that no objection has been received within that period, I intend to open another land register and upon such opening the said land register shall be deemed obsolete and of no effect.
