REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Amina Mohamed Rashid, of P.O. Box 82298–80100, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in fee simple interest of all that piece of land containing 10.98 acres or thereabout, known as plot No. 84/VI/MN, situate in Mombasa Municipality in Mombasa District, registered as CR. 2739/1, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the certificate of title issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a provisional certificate of title deed provided that no objection has been received within that period.
