APPOINTMENT

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 137 of the Public Finance Management Act, 2012 as read with sections 30 and 31 (d) of the County Governments Act, 2012, I, Gideon Maitha Mung’aro, Governor of Kilifi County, appoint the persons named in the first column of the Schedule, to be members of Kilifi County Budget and Economic Forum representing the groups respectively specified in the second column of the Schedule.
