THE COAST DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY ACT

APPOINTMENT

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 4 (1) (i) of the Coast Development Authority Act, as read together with section 51 of the Interpretation and General Provisions Act, the Cabinet Secretary for East African Community, the ASALs and Regional Development appoints— Ricky W. Kambi, Dorcas Jibran, Ikhwan Omar Bwanaadi, Bibi Salim Masha, Toash George Amuma, Robert Mue Kisyula, Benson Muema Kilonzo, as members of the Board of Directors of the Coast Development Authority, for a period of three (3) years, with effect from the 3rd February, 2023. The appointments* of Muad Mohammed Khalif, Fouzia Abass, Hassan Rashid Nzinga, Jeff Saye, Julius Kariuki Ndegwa, Ibrahim Khamis and Abdullahi Mohamed Abdi are revoked.
