APPOINTMENT

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 6 (1) (e) and 6 (1) (a) of the Sacco Societies Act, as read together with section 51 (1) of the Interpretation and General Provisions Act, the Cabinet Secretary for Co-operatives and Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME) Development appoints— JACK RANGUMA to be a Member and Chairperson of Board of Directors of the SACCO Societies Regulatory Authority, for a period of three (3) years, with effect from 10th February 2023. The appointment* of George Murathe is revoked. Dated the 6th February, 2023.
