APPOINTMENT
IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 9 (3) of the
Crops Act, as read together with section 51(1) of the Interpretation and
General Provisions Act, the Cabinet Secretary for Agriculture and
Livestock Development appoints —
DUKE MAINGA ONDIBA ECHATE to be the Chairperson of the Board of Trustees of the Commodities
Fund, for a period of three (3) years, with effect from the 10th
February, 2023. The appointment* of Danson Ngaari Mwangi is revoked.
