APPOINTMENT

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 6 (1) of the National Transport and Safety Authority Act, as read together with section 51(1) of the Interpretation and General Provisions Act, the Cabinet Secretary for Roads and Transport appoints— Under paragraph (f)— Nimo Omar Haji, Carol Oduor, Richard Munyao, Simon Kalekem, Under paragraph (g)— Ephraim Karimi Macharia, Charles Nyabuti, 498 498 to be members of the Board of Directors of the National Transport and Safety Authority, for a period of three (3) years, with effect from 3rd February, 2023. The appointments* of Catherine Njeri Waweru, Alice Chepchumba Chesire, Francis Kiriinya Mwongo, Meshak Kidenda (Eng), Mithamo Muchiri and Wilfred Okemwa are revoked. Dated the 30th January, 2023.
