APPOINTMENT

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 8 (1) of the Nuclear Regulatory Act, as read together with section 51 (1) of the Interpretation and General Provisions Act, I, William Samoei Ruto, President and Commander-in-Chief of the Defence Forces of the Republic of Kenya, appoint— Under subsection (a) Edick Omondi Anyanga to be the Chairperson of the Board of Directors of the Kenya Nuclear Regulatory Authority, for a period of three (3) years, with effect from 10th February, 2023.
