APPOINTMENT

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 3 (2) (a) of the Housing Act, as read together with section 51 (1) of the Interpretation and General Provisions Act, I, William Samoei Ruto, President and Commander-in-Chief of the Kenya Defence Forces, appoint— YUSUF CHANZU to be the Chairperson of the National Housing Corporation, for three (3) years, with effect from the 10th February, 2023.
