APPOINTMENT

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 6 (1) (a) of the State Corporations Act and paragraph 5 (1) (a) of the Kenya Tsetse and Trypanosomiasis Eradication Council Order, 2012, I, William Samoei Ruto, President and Commander-in-Chief of the Kenya Defence Forces, appoint— ALI MENZA MBOGO to be the Non-Executive Chairperson of Kenya Tsetse and Trypanosomiasis Eradication Council for a period of three (3) years, with effect from the 10th February, 2023.
