Box 2056– 00902, Kikuyu in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Cicily Wakuthii Maina, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Cicily Wakuthii Maina, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Cecilia Nyaguthii Maina, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Cecilia Nyaguthii Maina only.
