REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Salim Habib Ali, is registered as proprietor of that piece of land containing 6.07 hectares or thereabout, situate in the district of Narok, known as Narok/CIS/Mara/Oleleshwa/585, and whereas the Chief Magistrate’s Court at Narok in succession cause No. 1225 of 2003, has issued certificate of confirmation in favour of (1) Rashid Salim Ali and (2) Haron Ismail Majothi both of P.O. Box 4, Narok in the Republic of Kenya, and whereas the said title deed issued earlier to th said Salim Habib Ali cannot be traced, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the said instrument.
